基于现代信息技术的智慧林业应用平台构建

针对目前林业信息化管理中存在的"瓶颈",基于现代信息技术构建了一个智慧林业应用平台.平台包括前端信息采集、数据传输、数据储存、数据处理、后台共享客户端五个子系统,由应用系统、数据库、基础设施三大部分组成,集林业行政管理、林业产业经营、森林资源动态管理、应急指挥等功能集于一体.其运行系统由多语言集成开发,可在Windows和 Linux两种操作系统上运行,操作简便、易于维护、扩展性强、完全性高、人机交互界面友好,可有效提升林业部门的信息化、智能化管理水平,为其制定管理决策、应急方案提供数据支持和科学依据.
The construction of smart forestry application platform based on modern information technology
A smart forestry application platform has been constructed,leveraging modern information technology,to address the"bottlenecks"in current forestry information management.The platform comprises five subsystems:front-end information collection,data transmission,data storage,data processing,and a back-end shared client.It is structured into three main parts:the application system,database,and infrastructure,integrating functions such as forestry administrative management,forestry industry operations,forest resource dynamic management,and emergency command.Its operating system is developed using multiple languages and is compatible with both Windows and Linux operating systems.It is easy to operate and maintain,offering strong scalability,high network integrity,and a user-friendly human-computer interaction interface.This platform can effectively enhance the informatization and intelligence levels of forest resource management within forestry management departments.Additionally,it provides data support and a scientific basis for making management decisions and formulating emergency plans.
