摘要

机械模具是工业生产的基础装备,其制造水平直接影响着产品的生产质量和效率.结合机械模具制造流程,深入分析了数控加工技术在数控加工中心、数控铣削加工、数控车削加工中的应用要点,以充分发挥该技术精度高、效率高、兼容性强的优势,提升机械模具复杂表面的加工精度,帮助企业提高制造精度、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本.

Abstract

Mechanical molds are fundamental equipment in industrial production,and their manufacturing level directly impacts product quality and efficiency.This analysis delves into the application points of CNC processing technology in CNC machining centers,CNC milling,and CNC turning,in conjunction with the mechanical mold manufacturing process.By fully leveraging the high precision,high efficiency,and strong compatibility of this technology,it effectively enhances the processing accuracy of complex surfaces of mechanical molds.This ultimately helps enterprises improve manufacturing precision,shorten production cycles,and reduce production costs.
