Reform of ideological and political education in practical courses based on the cultivation of automotive craftsman talents
In recent years,with the development of electrification,intelligence,and networking in the automotive industry,the technological sophistication of the industry has been continually advancing,thereby placing higher demands on the comprehensive qualities of professional talents.Universities'automotive majors carry the significant responsibility of nurturing automotive craftsmanship talents.In line with the training objectives for automotive craftsmanship talents,measures have been implemented to adjust and integrate course syllabi,design and organize teaching content,augment and broaden ideological and political education,innovate and diversify teaching methods,and reform the ideological and political teaching approach of professional practical courses.By deeply exploring the ideological and political elements embedded within the curriculum and integrating them throughout the teaching process,we aim to foster students'innovative thinking,practical skills,and professional ethics,achieving comprehensive and holistic education.This transition will assist students in evolving from singular engineering talents to composite craftsmanship talents,thereby providing essential talent support for the thriving development of the automotive industry.
