Exploration and practice of the mechanism for cultivating"double-qualified teachers"vocational teachers through school enterprise cooperation
At present,there are still some problems in China's"double-qualified teachers"teacher training system,such as imperfect training mechanisms,lack of enterprise main body status,and imperfect evaluation and incentive system.Following the principle of school-enterprise win-win,this paper aims to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and realize the optimal allocation of resources.From the perspectives of innovating cooperation mode,enriching training level,and improving incentive evaluation system,this paper explores and practices the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in training"double-qualified teachers"vocational education teachers.To provide some reference for the improvement of our country's"double-qualified teacher"vocational education teacher system.
