With the promotion of the"Three Highs and Four New"strategy,the manufacturing industry in Hunan is facing increasingly prominent problems such as insufficient skilled talent and structural imbalance.Taking the electromechanical majors in vocational colleges as an example,in response to the problems of insufficient cooperation depth and differing interests of both parties in the current school-enterprise cooperation model,the construction of a dual-centered personnel training model was explored with the goal of cultivating Hunan craftsmen and serving regional economic construction.Through the construction strategies of jointly building a professional education system,collaborative curriculum development,building a"Dual Teacher"team,expanding professional training content,and creating a diversified evaluation mechanism,the school-enterprise collaborative education model has been innovated to comprehensively improve the quality of professional talent training and assist in the implementation of the"Three Highs and Four New"strategy.
