乌饭树叶中槲皮素的红外辅助提取工艺研究

摘要
采用红外辅助提取法从乌饭树叶中提取槲皮素.以槲皮素提取率为指标,采用 L9(34)正交试验法优化提取条件,得最佳提取工艺为:粉碎程度50目、乙醇溶液浓度70%、固液比1∶30(g·mL-1)、提取时间10 min,槲皮素提取率平均可达5.67%,高于超声波辅助提取的提取率.
Abstract
The extraction processes of quercetin fromVaccinium bracteatum Thunb.Leaves with in-frared assisted technique were studied.Taking quercetin extraction yield as evaluation data,the orthog-onal test L9 (34 )was adopted to optimize the extraction process.The result showed that the optimal ex-traction conditions were crushing degree of 50 mesh,ethanol concentration of 70%,material to liquid ratio of 1∶30 (g/mL)and extraction time of 10 min.Under these extraction conditions,the average ex-traction yield of quercetin reached 5 .6 7%,higher than that with ultrasonic assisted technique.
