Research on Tourism Experience of Natural Heritage Based on Network Text Analysis——A Case Study of Hunan Langshan Scenic Area
The article takes the online text collection of the Langshan Scenic area in Hunan, a world natural heritage site, and analyzes the tourist experience with ROST Content Mining 6 software.The research shows that tourist motivations is enjoying landscape with a shallow level.And the landscape like Bajiaozhai, Tianyi Lane and Chili peak deeply impresses the tourists.Tourist behavior in the scenic spot are mostly mountain climbing and camping, with a single form.And tourist products are poor, only cable cars, joss sticks and drifting are available.The environment needs to be improved to improve the travel experience.On this basis, suggestions are made to improve the tourism development of Langshan Scenic Area.
