针对车载手机无线充电系统安全问题日益凸显的现象,分析金属异物对无线充电系统中电磁感应的影响.首先,基于电磁感应原理构造品质因子Q算法模型,得出一种基于品质因子Q值的异物检测算法模型;然后,通过电路原理和客户需求设计车载无线充电电路,并通过仿真计算验证该异物检测算法模型的有效性.仿真结果显示,若有金属异物的工况,品质因子Q值会降低.本研究不仅能为车载无线充电系统开发提供计算模型,还能为车载充电系统的无线传感线圈参数设计提供理论依据.
Metal Foreign Object Detection for the Mobile Phone Wireless Charging System in Vehicles
In response to the increasingly prominent safety issue of mobile phone wireless charging system in vehicles,the impact of metal foreign objects on electromagnetic induction of wireless charging system is analyzed in this paper.This article constructs a quality factor Q algorithm model based on the principle of electromagnetic induction,and proposes a foreign object detection algorithm model based on the value of quality factor Q.The wireless charging circuits in vehicles are designed based on circuit principles and customer requirements,and the effectiveness of the foreign object detection algorithm model is verified through simulation calculation.By comparing the simulation results,it can be seen that the quality factor Q value will decrease in the presence of metal foreign objects.This study provides a computational model for the development of wireless charging systems in vehicles,and provides a theoretical basis for the parameter design of the wireless sensing coil of the wireless charging system in vehicles.
