A Study on the Collective Portrait of Outstanding Rural Teachers:Based on the Textual Analysis of the Excellent Deeds of"National Model Teachers"
This article analyzes the textual materials about the excellent deeds of the"National Model Teachers"in rural areas from 2010 to 2023,using Grounded Theory for encoding and concept extraction and aiming to portray the profile of excellent rural teachers.It is found that the excellent rural teachers love for the rural land,a strong passion for teaching and cultivating students,and a pursuit of lifelong learning keep them rooted in rural education for a long time.Based on this,it proposes a development path for cultivating outstanding rural teachers with love of rural land,staying true to teacher's mission of educating students,and practicing the concept of lifelong learning,which provides a demonstration for constructing a stable high-quality team of rural teachers to support high-quality rural education.
