An Analysis of the Endogenous Development Path of Local Teachers Colleges and Universities in the Context of the Plan to Build a Stronger Teacher Force
The endogenous development of local teachers colleges and universities is an important measure for them to change their previous dependent,transfusion-oriented,and dislocated ideas and practices of their development and enhance their self-development abilities.It is also an effective way to bring out the full potential of their development with their own characteristics and reasonably adjust the reallocation of educational resources.There are still problems such as the absence of subjects,the lack of resources,the deviation of positioning,and the misplacement of development in the endogenous development of local teachers colleges and universities.In response to these problems,local teachers colleges and universities should take subject participation as the basic guarantee,resource integration as the basic premise and clear positioning of teacher education as the key factor,and take the development of connotation as the fundamental path,so as to explore their transformation from the exogenous development of"transfusion"to the endogenous development of"hematopoiesis".
