Shen Zemin was among the early leaders of the Communist Party of China.He served in succession as the minister of Central Publicity Department,Party Secretary of Hubei,Henan and Anhui Provincial Committee,acting Secretary of the Central Bureau,an executive member of the Executive Body of the Interim China Soviet Central Government.In the 1920s,He traveled to Moscow.But there are different ideas about the time and identity of his Moscow trip.This paper tries to make that clear through sorting out and analyzing historical materials.
