Efficient Synthesis of α-Halogenated Nafimidone Derivatives
A method for the efficient preparation of α-halogenated nafimidone derivatives is reported,utilizing CuI as catalyst and cheap potassium halide as halogen source.This strategy demonstrates excellent functional group compatibility and substrate versatility,allowing for the synthesis of the target halides in high yields.This new synthetic route offers an efficient approach to preparing nafimidone derivatives with potential biological activities.
