Construction and Empirical Study of the Living Evaluation System for Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors:Taking Guangxi as an Example
In order to further explore,enrich,and improve the elements of the evaluation indicators for the vitality of intangible cultural heritage,construct a scientific and applicable evaluation index system for intangible cultural heritage vitality,guide the standardized implementation of intangible cultural heritage inheritors'vitality inheritance,scientifically evaluate their inheritance effects,and effectively promote the vitality inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,from the perspective of inheritors and the vitality evaluation of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,the expert scoring method is adopted to screen the vitality evaluation indicators of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,establish evaluation indicators,and use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the scores of experts.Quantitative research and weight calculation are carried out on key indicators,and a set of evaluation index system for intangible cultural heritage inheritors'vitality including 4 primary indicators and 16 secondary indicators is constructed.The results show that 41 national intangible cultural heritage inheritors in Guangxi are in a generally active state,18 are in a good active state,10 are in a better active state,and 1 is in a poor active state.Strengthening the protection of intangible cultural heritage inheritors'active state is crucial.From the perspective of heritage categories:traditional dance and traditional drama inheritors have a higher attitude towards life;the attitude of folk inheritors towards life is relatively low.From the perspective of the evaluation system,there are significant differences in the scores of the four criteria layers.The cultivation and development effects of intangible cultural heritage inheritors are better,while the recognition and management scores of intangible cultural heritage inheritors are the lowest.There are significant internal differences among the 16 indicators,with lower scores for the inheritor exit mechanism,educational level,and completeness of file establishment.The government should make up for its shortcomings and effectively improve the attitude of intangible cultural heritage inheritors.This study validates the operability and scientificity of the evaluation system for the viability of intangible cultural heritage inheritors.
