数字生态文明建设视域下新质生产力的三维属性、现实挑战及实践路径

数字生态文明建设赋予了新质生产力数字属性、绿色属性以及数字与绿色的协同属性.从人、机器和环境这三个维度来看,在数字生态文明建设推动新质生产力发展的过程中,存在着人才队伍建设、数字生态文明平台建设、生态环境数据安全维护等方面的现实挑战.基于此,在实践中着重通过培育复合型人才、强化数字生态文明基础设施建设、推动数字技术和绿色技术的协同创新、保障生态环境数据安全等关键路径,来有效推动数字生态文明建设,进而赋能新质生产力的发展.
Three Attributes,Realistic Challenges and Practical Paths of New Quality Productivity from the Perspective of Constructing Digital Ecological Conservation
The digital ecological conservation has endowed the new quality productivity with digital and green attributes,and that of their collaboration.From the three dimensions of human,machine and environment,in the process of digital ecological conservation promoting the development of new quality productivity,there are practical challenges in the aspects of constructing a skilled workforce,digital ecological conservation platform construction,and the maintenance of ecological environmental data security.Based on this,in practice,it is necessary to cultivate a compound skilled workforce,strengthen digital ecological conservation infrastructure,promote the collaborative innovation of digital and green technology,and ensure ecological environmental data security,effectively empowering the development of new quality productivity.
