喷淋水膜对固体表面红外辐射抑制研究

本文为揭示喷淋水膜对固体表面的红外辐射抑制机理并建立准确的红外辐射计算方法,开展了水膜对固体表面红外辐射影响规律的理论和实验研究,表明在8~12 μm波段,水膜厚度大于100 μm时,覆盖水膜固体表面的红外辐射特征主要取决于水膜的红外辐射.建立了覆盖水膜固体表面的红外辐射传输模型,对文献中常用计算方法的结果精度进行了分析.采用水膜自由表面温度计算红外辐射误差小于0.3%,而采用固体表面温度计算红外辐射最大误差达8.32%.
Study of infrared radiation suppression on solid surfaces by spraying water film
To investigate the mechanism of infrared radiation suppression on solid surfaces by spraying water film and to establish an accurate calculation method for infrared radiation,the theoretical and experimental research was conducted to study the influence of water film on the infrared radiation of solid surfaces.The results showed that in the 8-12 μm wavelength range,the infrared radiation characteristics of a solid surface covered with a water film(with a thickness greater than 100 μm)mainly relied on the infrared radiation emitted by the water film.An infrared radiation transfer model was developed to encompass solid surfaces covered by the water film,and the accuracy of commonly used calcu-lation methods in the literature was analyzed.The error in calculating infrared radiation using the free surface tempera-ture of the water film was less than 0.3%,while the maximum error in calculating infrared radiation using the tempera-ture of the solid surface was 8.32%.
