Sodium lignosulfonate enhancing municipal sludge aerobic fermentation for heavy metal passivation
To investigate the effect of SLS(sodium lignosulfonate)on heavy metals(Cr,Zn,Pb,Cu)in municipal sludge aerobic fermentation, the municipal sludge and SLS with total material mass of0%,5%,10%,15%(labeled CK,SLS5,SLS10,SLS15)were added for aerobic fermentation, and correlation analysis between physicochemical factors and heavy metals was carried out through Pearson and redundancy analysis.Heavy metal analysis shows that the SLS group has a better passivation effect on heavy metals than the CK group. The SLS5 group has the best passivation effect on Cr,Zn and Pb with passivation rates of 81.46%,32.58%and 98.61%,respectively.The SLS15 group has the best passivation effect on Cu with a passivation rate of 41.67%.Pearson and redundancy analysis show that the bioavailability of heavy metals such as Cr,Zn,Pb and Cu is positively correlated with OM(organic matter)(P<0.01),and the mass fraction of OM in SLS5 group is the lowest among all groups.Under this condition, adding 5%SLS has the best effect on the passivation of heavy metals in municipal sludge aerobic fermentation.
