摘要

苏里格气田中油、铁离子和悬浮物质量浓度都较高,管线在此环境中腐蚀、结垢严重,针对这一问题分析苏里格气田多个区块混合水样的水质和成分,对常规污水处理工艺处理污水过程中存在的主要问题开展研究.采用化学氧化-絮凝沉淀法优化污水处理工艺,并进行实验室药剂配伍实验研究.确定采出水处理药剂配方,投入生产实际应用.改进后的处理工艺能通过动态调整加药量方案,确保该气田污水的各项指标达到回注标准.

Abstract

Due to the high oil content,iron ion content and suspended solids content of the Sulige gas field,its pipelines were severely corroded and scaled in this environment.The water quality components and compositions of mixed water samples from multiple blocks in the gas field were analyzed,as well as the main problems in the conventional sewage treatment process were studied.The chemical oxidation flocculation sedimentation method was performed for optimizing the wastewater treatment process and conducting laboratory reagent compatibility experiments.The formula of the produced water treatment agent for practical production application was determined.It demonstrates that the improved treatment process can ensure that the various indicators of the gas field wastewater reach the reinjection standards by dynamically adjusting the dosage plan.
