Development and application of filling valve based on lithium-ion battery electrolyte
As the core component of new energy vehicles,the stability and reliability of lithium-ion batteries are crucial to the sustainable development of new energy vehicles.Due to the lithium-ion battery electrolyte is composed of volatile organic carbonate solvent and corrosive lithium hexafluorophosphate or lithium ternary,how to ensure accurate and consistent electrolyte injection volume and operation safety in the filling process has become a hot issue.The existing domestic and foreign control technologies in the electrolyte filling process were analyzed and compared.On this basis,targeting the membrane plug valve was developed to solve the problem of lithium-ion battery electrolyte in the filling process,introducing it in detail from the structural characteristics,research,development history and industrial application.The results show that compared with other filling valves,the membrane plug valve has the advantages of corrosion resistance,efficient sealing,instant leak detection and quick maintenance.The membrane plug can gradually realize the replacement of foreign valves,which is important to improve the performance and safety of lithium-ion power batteries,reduce production costs,and promote the healthy and rapid development of domestic new energy vehicles.
