固定床加压熔渣气化过程的仿真模拟

为研究固定床加压熔渣气化炉气化反应过程及最优工艺参数,利用Aspen Plus软件建立固定床加压熔渣气化炉的动力学模型,并利用该模型对内蒙某固定床加压熔渣气化炉进行模拟计算,计算结果与实际生产数据的误差<5%,从而验证该模型的准确性.在该模型的基础上探讨固定床熔渣气化炉内的组分和温度分布,以及不同操作参数对气化炉性能的影响.结果表明:炉内最高温度为2 019 ℃,在蒸氧喷嘴附近;炉内各反应层所占高度的比例为燃烧层占15%,气化层占25%,干馏+干燥层占60%;随着蒸氧比(蒸汽质量流量:氧气体积流量)的增加,碳转化率增加,蒸汽分解率下降,当蒸氧比为0.95-1.0时,气化炉性能最优;随着氧煤比(氧气质量流量:煤质量流量)的增加,碳转化率增加,蒸汽分解率先增加后降低,当氧煤比为0.45-0.46时,气化炉性能也最优.研究结果可为固定床加压熔渣气化炉的设计和操作提供一定的理论依据.
Simulation of fixed-bed pressurized slagging gasification process
In order to study the gasification reaction process and optimal process parameters of fixed-bed pressurized slagging gasifier,a kinetics model of the gasifier was built by Aspen Plus.Then the model was used to simulate a fixed bed pressurized slagging gasifier in Inner Mongolia.The error between the calculation results and the industrial data was less than 5%,which proved the accuracy of the model.Based on this model,the composition and temperature distribution inside the gasifier and the effects of different operation parameters on the performance of the gasifier were analyzed.The results show that the highest temperature which is near the oxygen-steam nozzle is 2 019 ℃.15%of the reaction layer in the gasifier is combustion layer,25%is the gasification layer,and 60%is the dry distillation and drying layer.With the increase of the steam-oxygen ratio,the carbon conversion rate increases and the steam decomposition rate decreases.When the steam-oxygen ratio is between 0.95-1.0,the performance of the gasifier is the best.With the increase of oxygen-coal ratio,the carbon conversion rate increases,and the steam decomposition increases firstly and then decreases.When the oxy gen-coal ratio is between 0.45-0.46,the performance of the gasifier is also the best.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and operation of fixed-bed pressurized slagging gasifiers.
