原料组成对固体酸催化剂异构化性能的影响

采用等体积浸渍法制备了 PSZA(Pt/SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3)固体超强酸催化剂,在微型固定床反应器上评价了其催化轻烃异构化性能,考察了含不同杂质的a-C5(正戊烷)、n-C6(正己烷)原料在PSZA上的异构化性能.实验结果显示:n-C5与n-C6混合原料的比例基本不影响其各自转化率,与单一组分的转化率相当.原料中异构烷烃i-C5(异戊烷)和i-C6(异己烷)比例越多时,n-C5和n-C6转化率越低,产物组成接近n-C5和n-C6单独转化.甲基环戊烷、苯等杂质会降低PSZA催化n-C5和n-C6的异构化活性,提高反应温度至180℃可以增加PSZA的异构化活性;n-C7(正庚烷)在PSZA上全部裂解,对PSZA催化n-C5和n-C6活性无显著影响.
Effect of feed composition on isomerization performance of solid acid catalyst
PSZA(Pt/SO42-/ZrO2-Al2O3)solid superacid catalyst was prepared by equal volume impregnation method.Its catalytic isomerization performance of light hydrocarbons was evaluated in a miniature fixed bed reactor.The isomerization performance of n-C5(n-pentane),n-C6(n-hexane)feed containing different impurities on PSZA was investigated.The experimental results show that the ratio of n-C5 and n-C6 mixed feed does not affect their respective conversion rates,and the conversion rate of a single component is comparable.The higher the proportion of i-C5(isopentane)and i-C6(isohexane)in the feed,the lower the conversion rate of n-C5 and n-C6,and the product composition is close to the conversion of n-C5 and n-C6 alone.Methylcyclopentane and benzene can reduce the isomerization activity of n-C5 and n-C6 catalyzed by PSZA.The isomerization activity of PSZA is increased at a high reaction temperature of 180 ℃.n-C7(n-heptane)is completely cleaved on PSZA,and the catalytic activity of n-C5 and n-C6 is not significantly affected by PSZA.
