热泵干燥技术的应用现状及展望

热泵干燥是一种新型的环保干燥技术,具有热效率高、节能效果显著以及运行稳定可靠等特点.探讨热泵干燥技术的应用现状及未来发展趋势,对热泵干燥器的分类和应用现状进行分析;介绍不同干燥方法所采用的动力学模型,总结热泵干燥器对物料颜色和营养成分的影响;对未来热泵干燥技术的发展趋势进行展望.结果表明:热泵干燥器主要有空气源热泵干燥器、地源热泵干燥器和混合式热泵干燥器3种,其中利用可再生能源的混合式热泵干燥器可显著提高干燥过程的能效;另外,热泵干燥技术能有效地缩短干燥时间,改善色泽的同时最大限度地保留物料的营养成分.热泵干燥技术目前在农业、食品、医药等行业得到广泛应用,将进一步扩展到更多的行业和领域,预计会取得更好的应用效果.
Application and prospects of heat pump drying technology
Heat pump drying is a new type of environmentally friendly drying technology with high thermal efficiency,remarkable energy-saving effects,and stable and reliable operation.The application status and development trend of heat pump drying technology were discussed.The classification and application status of heat pump dryers were analyzed.The kinetic models used in different drying methods were introduced,and the effects of heat pump dryers on the color and nutrient composition of materials were summarized.Finally,the development trend of heat pump drying technology was predicted.The results show that there are three main types of heat pump dryers,air-source heat pump dryers,ground-source heat pump dryers and hybrid heat pump dryers.The hybrid heat pump dryer using renewable energy can significantly improve the energy efficiency of the drying process.In addition,the heat pump drying technology can effectively shorten the drying time,improve the color and gloss,and retain the nutrients of the materials to the maximum extent.Heat pump drying technology is widely used in agriculture,food,medicine and other industries,and it will expand to more fields and is expected to achieve better application results.
