Optimization of alkaloids extraction from Euodia rutaecarpa with deep eutectic solvents by response surface methodology
Response surface method was used to optimize the alkaloids extraction from Euodia rutaecarpa with ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent.By screening hydrogen donors, hydrogen recipients, carbon chain length of alcohols and number of hydroxyl groups,a variety of deep eutectic solvents were prepared to extract alkaloids from Euodia rutaecarpa. The extraction rate of alkaloids were discussed through molar ratio, water content(volume fraction),extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio. The results show that under the conditions of molar ratio 2:1,water content 30%,extraction time 50 min, extraction temperature 30℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1:40 g/mL,the extraction rate of alkaloids reaches 2.52%,which is 3.2 times of ethanol extraction.Deep eutectic solvents have certain potential in extracting alkaloids.
