摘要

为了探究有限元模拟对D类干粉灭火剂传热行为预测的可行性,采用实验和数值模拟方法,以吸热速率、温升速率和吸热量为表征指标,考察不同加热方式、3种热物性参数和不同粒径条件下的实验结果和模拟结果.结果表明:在不同加热方式、不同热物性参数和不同粒径条件下,模拟预测结果变化趋势与实验结果变化趋势均呈现良好的一致性,可以准确反映不同灭火组分在特定性能上的优劣、大小和极值关系;2种加热方式下的模拟结果与实验结果误差不超过10.33%,不同热物性参数条件下的模拟结果与实验结果误差不超过12.51%,不同粒径条件下的模拟结果与实验结果误差不超过5.57%;有限元模拟可为D类干粉灭火剂研制提供快捷的组分筛选和性能评定的方法.

Abstract

To investigate the feasibility of finite element simulation for predicting the heat transfer behavior of D powder fire extinguishing media,the experimental and numerical simulation methods were adopted.With the heat absorption rate,temperature rise rate and heat absorption rate as the characterization indexes,the experimental and simulation results under different heating methods,three kinds of thermal physical parameters and different particle size conditions were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of different heating methods,different thermal parameters and different particle sizes,the variation trend of the simulation results and the experimental results are in good agreement,which can accurately reflect the advantages and advantages of different fire extinguishing components in specific performance,size and extreme value relationship;The error between simulation results and experimental results under two heating methods is less than 10.33%,the error between simulation results and experimental results under different thermophysical parameters is less than 12.51%,and the error between simulation results and experimental results under different particle size conditions is less than 5.57%;The finite element simulation can provide a quick method for selecting components and evaluating properties of D dry powder fire extinguishing media.
