高压串低压是化工装置普遍存在的风险,风险导致的后果包括低压系统超压破裂、低压系统物料污染等,严重时可能导致爆炸起火、罐内异常反应、环境污染和人员伤亡等.全面识别装置中潜在的高压串低压的风险并根据风险严重程度采取合理的控制措施非常重要.根据以往的设计和生产经验,从本质安全设计、物理隔离设施、仪表安全联锁、事故泄压设施、管理措施等5个方面提出防范高压串低压的通用措施,并针对高压泵连续输液系统、压缩机连续输气系统、高压间歇釜式反应系统、高压物料减压系统等具体场景介绍了防高压串低压的设计方案.
Abstract
Overpressure intrusion is a common risk in chemical plants.The consequences of the risk include rupture of the low-pressure system,medium pollution of the low-pressure system,etc.,which may lead to explosion and fire,abnormal reaction in the tank,environmental pollution and even casualties.It is important to fully identify the potential risk of overpressure intrusion and to take appropriate control measures based on the severity of the risk.According to the previous design and production experience,the general anti-overpressure intrusion measures were put forward from five aspects such as inherent safety design,mechanical isolation facilities,instrument safety interlock,pressure relief facilities,and management measures.The design scheme of anti-overpressure intrusion for specific scenarios were introduced,such as high-pressure continuous liquid transmission system,high-pressure continuous gas transmission system,high-pressure batch reaction system,and high-pressure medium decompression system.
