摘要

立式薄膜蒸发设备以其独特的结构,近年来解决了许多蒸发过程中的难点,但针对一些苛刻条件下特殊物系的蒸发操作仍存在短板.基于此问题提出了卧式动态液膜连续蒸发装备的新构思,并成功实现了工业化.在简要介绍立式薄膜蒸发器的工作原理和结构特点基础上,重点对卧式动态液膜连续蒸发装备的结构特点与工业化应用情况进行了总结.在此基础上,指出了现有卧式动态液膜连续蒸发技术的不足,并对其未来的发展和研究方向进行了预测,以期能对企业以及研究人员在处理苛刻条件下的蒸发问题提供有益的参考.

Abstract

The vertical thin film evaporator addresses many challenges in the evaporation process in recent years,owing to its unique structure.However,there are still limitations when it comes to the evaporation operation of special material systems under harsh conditions.In light of this,a novel concept of horizontal dynamic liquid film continuous evaporator was proposed and successfully achieved industrialization.Beginning by briefly introducing the working principles and structural characteristics of the vertical thin film evaporator,the structural features and industrial applications of the horizontal dynamic liquid film continuous evaporator were summarized emphatically.Building upon this,the shortcomings of existing horizontal dynamic liquid film continuous evaporator technology were identified and its future development and research directions were predicted.The aim is to provide valuable references for enterprises and researchers dealing with evaporation challenges under demanding conditions,offering insights into potential solutions.
