液相乙烷管道泄漏扩散规律与安全范围

液相乙烷泄漏至空气中会发生汽化,乙烷体积分数场和温度场分布规律较为复杂.利用Fluent软件建立二维液相乙烷管道泄漏扩散模型,模拟计算不同条件下体积分数场和温度场的分布,分析风速、泄漏速率对乙烷泄漏扩散过程的影响.结果表明:根据乙烷泄漏扩散规律将泄漏扩散过程大致分为喷射、重力沉降、过渡扩散、被动扩散4个阶段;风速越大,空气对乙烷气云的输运作用越强,扩散至危险体积分数和低温冻伤距离越大;泄漏速率越大,乙烷与空气换热越剧烈,扩散至危险体积分数和低温冻伤距离越大;拟合泄漏速率10-120kg/s、风速2.5-7.5 m/s时,扩散至危险体积分数和低温冻伤最远距离与泄漏速率、风速关系式.
Leakage and diffusion law and safety range of liquid phase ethane pipeline
Liquid phase ethane will vaporize when it leaks into the air,and the distribution of ethane volume fraction and temperature fields is relatively complex.A two-dimensional liquid phase ethane pipeline leakage diffusion model was established by using Fluent software,and the volume fraction and temperature field distributions under different conditions were simulated and calculated.The effects of wind speed and leakage rate on the ethane leakage diffusion process were analyzed.The results show that according to the diffusion law of ethane leakage,the leakage diffusion process can be roughly divided into four stages:injection,gravity settling,transition diffusion and passive diffusion.The higher the wind speed,the stronger the transport effect of air on ethane gas clouds,and the greater the distance of diffusing to hazardous volume fraction and low-temperature frostbite.The larger the leakage rate,the more intense the heat exchange between ethane and air,and the greater the distance of diffusing to hazardous volume fraction and low-temperature frostbite.The relationship between the leakage rate,wind speed and the farthest distance of diffusing to hazardous volume fraction and low-temperature frostbite at a leakage rate of 10-120 kg/s and wind speed of 2.5-7.5 m/s is fitted.
