Study of testing total carbon in tungsten carbide powder by high frequency combustion infrared method
This paper studies the influence of the accuracy of the determination of total carbon in tungsten carbide powder (which test by LECO WC230 carbon determinator) from the weight of sample,quantity of the fluxing agent,the flow of oxygen to find optimize condition. From the experimental results we can find the 0.25g sample weight work with 1.5g fluxing agent and 3.0L·min-1 oxygen flow rate,is the best arguments,It can get satisfactory analysis results.
