建立QuEChERS-GC/MS法测定土壤中 5 种氨基甲酸酯农药残留的方法.实验结果表明,5 种氨基甲酸酯农药标准曲线在 5.00~400μg·L-1 浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于 0.995,加标回收率在88.7%~105.5%之间,相对标准偏差为1.86%~4.08%.该方法操作简单、灵敏度好、测试高效准确,可用于土壤中多种痕量氨基甲酸酯农药残留的测定.
Determination of five carbamate pesticide residues in soil by QuEChERS-GC/MS
A QuEChERS-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of five carbamate pesticide residues in soil.The experimental results showed that the standard curves of the five carbamate pesticides had good linear relationships in the concentration range of 5.00~400μg·L-1,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995,the recoveries were in the range of 88.7%~105.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.86%~4.08%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,good sensitivity,high efficiency and accuracy,and can be used for the determination of trace carbamate pesticide residues in soil.
