石墨炉原子吸收法测定土壤中铊和铍的残留

本文建立了一种微波消解/石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中铊和铍的残留的方法.铊和铍在 2.00~40.0μg·L-1 浓度范围内校准曲线线性关系良好,加标回收率为 90.0%~103.0%,相对标准偏差分别为 1.49%和 2.01%(n=6).当取样量为 0.2g,定容体积为 25mL,土壤中铊、铍的最低检出限分别为 0.003μg·g-1和 0.005μg·g-1.该方法前处理操作简便快捷,灵敏度、测试结果精密度和准确度良好,适用于不同类型土壤中铊、铍等金属元素的检测.
Determination of thallium and beryllium residues in soil by graphite furnace ASA
A method for the determination of thallium and beryllium residues in soil by microwave digestion and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed.The calibration curves of thallium and beryllium were linear in the concentration range of 2.00~40.0μg·L-1 with the recoveries of 90.0%~103.0%,and the relative standard deviations of 1.49%and 2.01%(n=6),respectively.The minimum detection limits of thallium and beryllium in soil were 0.003μg·g-1 and 0.005μg·g-1,respectively,when the sampling volume was 0.2g and the constant volume was 25mL.The method is simple,sensitive,precise and accurate,and suitable for the determination of thallium,beryllium and other metal elements in different types of soil.
