城市污水处理厂进水水质分析及MBR膜生物处理工艺研究

为提高城市污水的处理效率,在分析了某城市污水处理厂进水水质指标的基础之上,对目标城市污水开展了MBR膜生物处理工艺技术研究,并对其处理效果进行了分析.结果表明,目标城市污水处理厂进水水样中污染物的浓度较高,其中COD、NH3-N、TN、TP、SS的平均浓度分别为 202.8mg·L-1、38.3mg·L-1、50.8mg·L-1、6.1mg·L-1、261.6mg·L-1.采用MBR膜生物处理工艺对目标城市污水进行处理后,12 个月的出水水质中污染物的含量均大幅降低,其中COD、NH3-N、TN、TP、SS的浓度平均值分别为 9.82mg·L-1、0.94mg·L-1、8.41mg·L-1、0.35mg·L-1、1.93mg·L-1,各项指标均能达到国家标准GB 18918-2002 中的一级A标准要求.研究结果认为,MBR膜生物处理工艺对目标城市污水具有较好的处理效果,可为同类城市污水的高效处理提供一定的借鉴.
Analysis of influent water quality of municipal wastewater treatment plant and study on MBR membrane biological treatment process
In order to improve the treatment efficiency of urban sewage,based on the analysis of the influent water quality indicators of a municipal sewage treatment plant,the MBR membrane biological treatment technology was studied for the target urban sewage,and its treatment effect was analyzed.The results showed that the concentration of pollutants in the influent water sample of the target urban sewage treatment plant was relatively high,in COD was 202.8mg·L-1,ammonia nitrogen was 38.3mg·L-1,TN was 50.8mg·L-1,TP was 6.1mg·L-1,and SS was 261.6mg·L-1.After the MBR membrane biological treatment process was adopted to treat the target urban sewage,the pollutant content in the effluent water quality in 12 months had been significantly reduced,including the average COD concentration of 9.82mg·L-1,the average ammonia nitrogen concentration of 0.94mg·L-1,TN 8.41mg·L-1,TP 0.35mg·L-1,and SS 1.93mg·L-1.All indicators can meet the requirements of Class I A standard in the national standard GB 18918-2002.The results show that MBR membrane biological treatment process has a good treatment effect on the target urban sewage,which can provide some reference for the efficient treatment of similar urban sewage.
