北部湾深层深井油基钻井液研究及现场应用

为了缩短钻井周期以及提高井壁稳定,油基钻井液的护壁防塌性能可通过加入封堵剂来优化.本文以纳米SiO2、N-氨乙基-3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和全氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷为原料制备一种纳米封堵剂,其粒径主要分布在 10~200nm之间,其粒径较为集中,应用于钻井液中可降低泥饼渗透率,显著提高油基钻井液的封堵性能,降低滤失量,对储层渗透率影响较小.纳米封堵剂与油基钻井液具有良好的配伍性,提高油基钻井液的稳定性.本文研究的高性能油基钻井液成功应用于现场钻井,钻井过程中,纳米封堵剂的加入显著提高了起钻速度,缩短了现场钻井周期,封堵性能的提高使钻井液泥饼在裂缝和孔隙中进行有效封堵,井壁未出现掉块及剥落片.
Research and field application of oil-based drilling fluid in deep well of Beibu Gulf
In order to shorten drilling cycle and improve wall stability,the wall protection and anti-collapse performance of oil-based drilling fluid can be optimized by adding plugging agent.In this paper,nano-silica,n-aminoethyl-3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and perfluorooctane trimethoxysilane were used as raw materials to prepare a nano-sized plugging agent.Its particle size was mainly distributed in the range of 10~200 nm,and its particle size was relatively concentrated.When applied to drilling fluid,it can reduce mud cake permeability,significantly improve the plugging performance of oil-based drilling fluid,and reduce filtration loss,which had little effect on reservoir permeability.Nanoscale plugging agent had good compatibility with oil-based drilling fluid and improved the stability of oil-based drilling fluid.The high-performance oil-based drilling fluid studied in this paper had been successfully applied to field drilling.During the drilling process,the addition of nano plugging agent had significantly improved the drilling speed and shortened the field drilling cycle.With the improvement of plugging performance,mud cake of drilling fluid had been effectively blocked in cracks and pores,and there was no falling block or peeling sheet on the well wall.
