FeSe2/RGO复合材料的制备与电磁波吸收性能分析

本文通过溶剂热反应法在还原石墨烯表面生长了 FeSe2,制备出性能稳定的FeSe2/RGO复合材料.利用矢量网络分析仪测试电磁参数并通过计算发现,当匹配厚度达到3mm时,在7.52GHz处出现最佳反射率为-42.78dB,证明该复合材料在C波段(4~8GHz)有良好的吸收性能.进一步说明FeSe2/RGO复合材料具备良好的电磁波吸收性能,是一种性能优异的电磁波吸收材料.
Preparation and electromagnetic wave absorption performance of FeSe2/RGO composite materials
In this paper,FeSe2 was grown on the surface of reduced graphene by solvothermal reaction,and stable FeSe2/RGO composites were prepared.The electromagnetic parameters are measured by vector network analyzer and it is found by calculation that the optimal reflectance is-41.78dB at 7.52GHz when the matching thickness reaches 3mm.It is proved that the composite has good absorption performance in C-band(4~8GHz).It is further indicated that FeSe2/RGO composite material has good electromagnetic wave absorption performance and is an excellent electromagnetic wave absorption material.
