Determination of seven benzoylurea insecticide residues in water by HPLC-MS
A method for the simultaneous determination of seven kinds of benzoylurea residues in water by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with solid phase extraction was established. The water samples were extracted and concentrated by activated HLB solid-phase extraction column, eluted with 10mL n-hexane-acetone(v∶v=1∶1)column,eluted liquid was nitrogen blown to near dry,and acetone was added to 1mL,and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. The linearity of the method was good in the concentration range of 5.00~400μg·L-1 for the seven benzoylurea insecticides, including flucycloxuron and bifenthrin, and the detection limit was in the range of 0.03~0.08μg·L-1,the recoveries were 88.0%~103.4%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.3%~4.2%.The experimental results show that the method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the detection of various benzoylurea pesticide residues in water.
