气相色谱质谱法测定淡水养殖用水中5种三嗪类农药残留

建立了固相萃取法-气相色谱质谱法测定淡水养殖水体中扑灭津、阿特拉津、西玛津、环草津和特丁津残留的检测方法.5种三嗪类农药在4.00~160μg·L-1浓度范围内线性相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为0.024~0.040μg·L-1,低、中、高3种不同浓度加标回收率为87.4%~104.7%.本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,测试准确,可用于淡水养殖用水中三嗪类农药残留的检测分析.
Determination of five triazine pesticide residues in freshwater aquaculture water by GC-MS
A solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of residues of oxyzine,atrazine,simazine,cyclooxazine and tetinine in freshwater aquaculture water.The linear correlation coefficients of the five triazine pesticides were all greater than 0.998 in the concentration range of 4.00~160μg·L-1,the detection limits were in the range of 0.024~0.040μg·L-1,and the recoveries of three different concentrations low,middle and high,were 87.4%~104.7%.This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the detection and analysis of triazine pesticide residues in freshwater aquaculture water.
