Determination of five triazine pesticide residues in freshwater aquaculture water by GC-MS
A solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of residues of oxyzine, atrazine, simazine, cyclooxazine and tetinine in freshwater aquaculture water. The linear correlation coefficients of the five triazine pesticides were all greater than 0.998 in the concentration range of 4.00~160μg·L-1,the detection limits were in the range of 0.024~0.040μg·L-1,and the recoveries of three different concentrations low, middle and high, were 87.4%~104.7%.This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used for the detection and analysis of triazine pesticide residues in freshwater aquaculture water.
