芩莲正积方水提物中总黄酮提取工艺的优化

本文旨在研究芩莲正积方水提物中的总黄酮提取工艺.实验采用水提法,以芩莲正积方总黄酮提取率为指标,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察浸泡时间、提取温度、提取次数、提取时间和料液比对方中总黄酮提取率的影响.苓莲正积方水提物中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:浸泡时间0h、提取次数1次、提取温度90℃、提取时间60min、料液比1:20,在该提取工艺下得到的苓莲正积方水提物中总黄酮提取率最高为6.76%.
Optimization of extraction technology of total flavonoids from water extract of Qinlian Zhengji Formula
The purpose of this paper is to study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from water extract of Qinlian Zhengji Formula.The water extraction method was used in the experiment,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids in Qinlian Zhengji Formula was taken as the index.The effects of soaking time,extraction temperature,extraction times,extraction time and material-liquid ratio on the extraction rate of total flavonoids in Qinlian Zhengji Formula were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiments.The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in Qinlian Zhengji Formula water extract was as follows:soaking time of 0h,extraction times of 1 time,extraction temperature of 90℃,extraction time of 60min,and material-liquid ratio of 1∶20.The highest extraction rate of total flavonoids in Qinlian Zhengji Formula water extract was 6.76%.
