沥青面层聚氨酯修复材料与修复实验研究

我国沥青混凝土路面早期损失病害以路面裂缝为主,高分子面层修复材料具有良好的裂缝修复功能.基于此,制备了由聚氨酯、环氧丙烯聚酯、2,4-二甲基苯胺、1,4-丁二醇、过氧化苯甲酰组成的沥青面层修复材料,开展室内实验,分析了聚氨酯掺比对沥青面层修复材料抗压强度、耐老化性、水稳定性以及低温性能测试的影响规律,给出了最佳聚氨酯掺比.研究结果表明,(1)沥青面层修复材料的抗压强度随着聚氨酯掺比的增大而减小;(2)沥青面层修复材料的抗拉强度随老化时间的增加而降低;(3)从沥青面层修复材料的水稳定性、低温特性角度来看,最佳聚氨酯掺比为24%.
Study on polyurethane repairing material and repairing test of asphalt surface
The early damage of asphalt concrete pavement in China is mainly caused by pavement cracks,and the polymer surface repairing material has a good function of repairing cracks.Based on this,asphalt surface repair material composed of polyurethane,epoxy acrylic polyester,2,4-dimethylaniline,1,4-butanediol and benzoyl peroxide was prepared.Laboratory tests were carried out to analyze the influence of polyurethane mixture ratio on compressive strength,aging resistance,water stability and low temperature performance of asphalt surface repair material,and the optimal polyurethane mixture ratio was given.The results show that:(1)The compressive strength of asphalt surface repair material decreases with the increase of polyurethane content.(2)The tensile strength of asphalt surface repair material decreases with the increase of aging time.(3)From the perspective of water stability and low temperature characteristics of asphalt surface repair materials,the optimal polyurethane content is 24%.
