顶空-气相色谱质谱法快速测定土壤和固废中二甲基亚砜的含量

本文针对固体样品,通过无水Na2SO4 消除水分对二甲亚砜的干扰,利用顶空-气相色谱质谱联用技术建立了一种土壤和固废中二甲基亚砜的测定方法.结果表明,该方法二甲基亚砜峰形良好,检测灵敏度高,线性相关系数R2 大于 0.999,检出限为 0.02mg·kg-1,不同固体样品不同浓度平均加标回收率为 96.0%~112%,其相对标准偏差为 0.8%~14.9%.该方法前处理简便,自动化程度高,快速灵敏,满足土壤和固废等固体样品对二甲基亚砜的检测要求.
Rapid determination of dimethyl sulfoxide in soil and solid waste by headspace-GC/MS
In this paper,a method for the determination of dimethyl sulfoxide in soil and solid waste was developed for solid samples by eliminating the interference of moisture with dimethyl sulfoxide by anhydrous sodium sulfate and using headspace-GC/MS..The results showed that this method had good peak shape and high sensitivity.The linear correlation coefficient was larger than 0.999 and the detection limit was 0.02mg·kg-1.The average recoveries of different concentrations of different soil samples were between 96.0%and 112%,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.8%and 14.9%,which was suitable for all kinds of soil samples.The method has the advantages of simple pre-treatment,high detection sensitivity,which can meet the detection requirements of dimethyl sulfoxide for soil and solid waste samples.
