Determination of six organochlorine pesticides in soil by GC-MS
A rapid solvent extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of heptachloride,aldrin,heptachloride epoxide,dieldrin,isodieldrin and isodieldrin ketone in soil was established.The linearity of the six organochlorine pesticides was good in the range of mass concentrations from 5.00 to 250μg·L-1.The detection limits were 0.001～0.004mg·kg-1.The recoveries ranged from 86.0%to 105.5%.The precision of the results ranged from 1.8%to 4.8%(n=6).The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the monitoring of trace organochlorine pesticide residues in soil.
