一种抗高温高密度盐水钻井液体系优选及性能评价研究

针对塔里木盆地中西部地层结构复杂、埋深大、温度高、易垮塌、易漏失等问题,利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射对该地区岩性进行分析,明确适合该地区钻井液性能需求,进而通过对抑制剂、降黏剂、封堵剂、润滑剂等优选,构建适合该地区的抗高温高密度盐水钻井液体系.结果表明,该地区矿物以伊/蒙混等黏土矿物为主,水敏性强,需要构建具有强抑制性、强抗盐性、密度 2.0g·cm-3、抗温 180℃的盐水钻井液体系,其配方为:清水+1.5%钠土+1.5%凹凸棒土+15%NaCl+5%KCl+1.8%HPL-3+1.0%LV-PAC+4%SMC+6%SPNH+0.5%HPA+2.5%RHJ-3+1.5%KHm+1.5%水基润滑剂Ⅱ型+重晶石,对其抗温性、抑制性、抗污染性进行评价,认为该钻井液可以很好地满足塔里木盆地中西部钻井工艺需要,对保障塔里木盆地中西部深井、超深井施工安全和顺利钻进具有指导意义.
Study on the optimization and performance evaluation of a high temperature resistant high density brine drilling fluid system
In view of the problems of complex stratigraphic structure,large burial depth,high temperature,easy to collapse and easy to leakage in the central and western parts of the Tarim Basin,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the lithology of the area to clearly suit the performance needs of drilling fluids in the region,and then through the optimization of inhibitors,viscosity reducers,plugging agents,lubricants,etc.,a high-temperature and high-density brine drilling fluid system suitable for the region was constructed.The results show that the minerals in this area are mainly clay minerals such as I/Mongolian mixture,with strong water sensitivity,and it is necessary to construct a brine drilling fluid system with strong inhibition,strong salt resistance,density of 2.0g·cm-3 and temperature resistance of 180℃,with the following formula:clear water +1.5%sodium soil+1.5%attapulgite+15%NaCl+5%KCl+1.8%HPL-3+1.0%LV-PAC+4%SMC+6%SPNH+0.5%HPA+2.5%RHJ-3+1.5%KHm+1.5%water-based lubricant type Ⅱ + barite,and its temperature resistance,inhibition and pollution resistance were evaluated,it was concluded that the drilling fluid could well meet the needs of drilling technology in the central and western parts of the Tarim Basin.This study has guiding significance for ensuring the safety and smooth drilling of deep wells and ultra-deep wells in the central and western parts of the Tarim Basin.
