Optimizing the extraction craft of polysaccharides from Blumea balsamifera by ultrasonic method based on response surface modeling
To study the finest state of ultrasonication of polysaccharides from Blumea balsamifera.Taking the content of polysaccharide components as the investigation index, the extraction process was optimized by single factor and response surface method. The effects of the temperature, extraction time, ultrasonic power, and liquid-to-material ratio on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were investigated. The four-factor and three-level response surface analysis method of Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the temperature of extraction was 61℃,the time of extraction was 32min,the ultrasonic power was 64W,and the liquid-to-solid ratio was 32∶1(mL∶g).Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides was 2.55%.The process optimization results are reasonable and practicable, which can provide reference for the extraction of polysaccharides from Blumea balsamifera.
