摘要

以酸性离子交换树脂Amberlyst-15(A-15)为催化剂,通过跟踪测定产物羟值,研究了木糖醇的醚化脱水规律.考察了反应时间、催化剂用量、反应温度对木糖醇醚化过程的影响.采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)和气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析了木糖醇醚化产物的结构.结果表明,当A-15用量为体系质量的0.4%~0.5%、反应温度为140~155℃、真空度为-0.1MPa、反应时间为1.5~2h时,可以将醚化产物的羟值控制在 1250~1450mg KOH·g-1 范围内.

Abstract

The etherification law of xylitol was studied using acidic ion exchange resin Amberlyst-15(A-15)as a catalyst and the hydroxyl values of the products were tracked and measured.The effects of reaction time,catalyst dosage,and reaction temperature on the etherification process of xylitol were investigated.The structure of the xylitol etherification products were analyzed using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The experimental results showed that the hydroxyl value of xylitol could be controlled at range of 1250~1450mg KOH·g-1 at a vacuum degree of-0.1MPa and 140~150℃ for 1.5~2h with 0.4wt%~0.5wt%A-15 of the system.
