Development and performance evaluation of catalysts for heavy oil catalytic cracking
Catalytic cracking is a commonly used processing technology to improve the utilization efficiency of heavy oil resources. In order to improve the efficiency of catalytic cracking of heavy oil resources,a new oil soluble catalyst FN-1 suitable for heavy oil catalytic cracking was prepared using nickel nitrate, ferric chloride, and fatty acids as the main raw materials. The influence of different factors on the catalytic cracking reaction of heavy oil was investigated using a small fixed fluidized bed device. The experimental results showed that as the reaction temperature increased, the conversion rate of heavy oil gradually increased, and the content of olefins and aromatics in the generated gasoline components gradually increased; As the mass ratio of solvent to oil gradually increased, the conversion rate of heavy oil gradually increased, the content of isomeric alkanes and olefins in gasoline gradually decreased, and the content of aromatics gradually increased; As the mass space velocity gradually increased, the conversion rate of heavy oil gradually decreased, the content of isomers and olefins in gasoline gradually increased, and the content of aromatics gradually decreased, but the magnitude of the change was relatively small. When the reaction temperature for catalytic cracking of heavy oil is 520℃,the optimal mass ratio of catalyst to oil is 6,and the optimal mass space velocity is 15h-1,the conversion rate of heavy oil can reach 95.38%,indicating a good catalytic cracking effect.
