Determination of seven amide herbicides in soil by accelerated solvent extraction combined with GC-MS
An accelerated solvent extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of seven amide herbicides in soil:acetochlor, ipropachlor, meachlor, ipropachlor, dicarboxylate, butachlor and propachlor. The linearity of the seven amide herbicides was good in the concentration range of 3.00~200µg·L-1,and the detection limits were 0.007~0.013mg·kg-1.The recoveries of the seven amide herbicides spiked at three concentrations were in the range of 87.9%~104.2%,the RSDs were in the range of 1.87%~4.38%(n=6).This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and precise, which is suitable for the analysis of amide herbicide residues in soil.
