摘要

建立加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法检测土壤中乙草胺、异丙草胺、甲草胺、异丙甲草胺、杀草丹、丁草胺和丙草胺7种酰胺类除草剂的方法.7种酰胺类除草剂在3.00~200μg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.007~0.013mg·kg-1,3个浓度加标样的回收率范围为87.9%~104.2%,RSD范围为1.87%~4.38%(n=6).本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确度和精密度好,适用于土壤中酰胺类除草剂残留的分析.

Abstract

An accelerated solvent extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of seven amide herbicides in soil:acetochlor,ipropachlor,meachlor,ipropachlor,dicarboxylate,butachlor and propachlor.The linearity of the seven amide herbicides was good in the concentration range of 3.00~200µg·L-1,and the detection limits were 0.007~0.013mg·kg-1.The recoveries of the seven amide herbicides spiked at three concentrations were in the range of 87.9%~104.2%,the RSDs were in the range of 1.87%~4.38%(n=6).This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and precise,which is suitable for the analysis of amide herbicide residues in soil.
