Pretreatment and detection methods of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in soil are highly toxic and difficult to degrade, and accurate analysis of their content plays a major role in guiding risk assessment and developing soil remediation programs. The current research status of PAHs pretreatment and instrumental detection methods in soil in recent years is summarized in terms of method principle, advantages and disadvantages, and the detection methods are compared to select the appropriate analytical methods according to the testing needs.Looking into the development trend,it can be seen that researching convenient and efficient pretreatment methods, synchronously detecting derivatives and developing on-line monitoring technologies are important directions for the future research of PAHs detection technology in soil.
