采用负载法成功制备了Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 异质结样品.通过XRD、XPS、SEM、BET、UV-Vis DRS、EIS和PL等技术对样品的结构及性质进行分析.研究结果表明,在光照条件下,Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 异质结样品能够提高光生载流子的分离效率,进而提高光催化产氢活性.其中Bi12O17Cl2 负载量为 6%的 6%-Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 样品展现了最佳的光催化产氢活性,经5h光照后,其H2 产量达到147.92μmol·g-1,平均H2 产量为29.58μmol·(g·h)-1.稳定性实验表明,Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 异质结样品具有良好的稳定性,经 5h光照后,其产氢活性并没有发生明显变化.
Study on preparation of Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 heterojunction and its performance in the decomposition of aquatic hydrogen
Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 heterojunction samples were successfully prepared through loading method.The structure and properties of as-prepared samples were analyzed by XRD,XPS,SEM,BET,UV-Vis DRS,EIS and PL.The results showed that Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 heterojunction samples could significantly improve the separation efficiency of photogenerated carrier and further improve the activity of photocatalytic hydrogen production.Among them,6%-Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 sample with 6%Bi12O17Cl2 loading amount showed the best photocatalytic hydrogen production activity.After 5h irradiation,the hydrogen production reached 147.92μmol·g-1,and the average hydrogen production reached 29.58μmol·(g·h)-1.The stability experiment showed that Bi12O17Cl2/TiO2 heterojunction samples exhibited good stability,and the hydrogen production activity did not change obviously after 5h irradiation.
