气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中二硝基苯和硝基氯苯

采用吹扫捕集结合气相色谱串联质谱技术,建立了地表水中二硝基苯和硝基氯苯的分析方法.水中二硝基苯和硝基氯苯在 2.00~80.0μg·L-1 浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为 0.01~0.03μg·L-1,加标回收率在 88.4%~104.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于 5%.本方法操作简便,灵敏度高,测试结果准确可靠,可满足地表水中二硝基苯和硝基氯苯的分析要求.
Determination of dinitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene in surface water by GC-MS
A method for the analysis of dinitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene in surface water was established by purging and trapping combined with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The linear relationship of dinitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene in water was good in the concentration range of 2.00~80.0μg·L-1.The detection limits were 0.01~0.03μg·L-1.The recoveries were 88.4%~104.0%with relative standard deviations(n=6)less than 5%.This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,and can meet the requirements for the analysis of dinitrobenzene and nitrochlorobenzene in surface water.
