Determination of five organic amine substances in surface water by Headspace-GC-MS
A headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for the simultaneous determination of five organic amine substances in surface water,and the parameters of the headspace system were optimized.The linearity of 5 organic amine substances is good in the concentration range of 0.10~50.0mg·L-1,and the average recovery rate of the three concentration water samples is 88.0%~104.5%.The relative standard deviation of the 6 test results is less than 5%.This method is easy to operate,has a low detection limit,good accuracy and precision,and can meet the detection requirements of organic amine substances in surface water,groundwater and other water bodies.
