Determination of arsenic contents in ferrovanadium alloy by ICP-OES
The feasibility of determination of arsenic in ferrovanadium alloy by ICP-OES was studied.High-purity iron used as the matrix match,and yttrium was used as the internal standard to reduce the influence of matrix effect and instrument drift.The results showed that the relative standard deviation(RSD)of arsenic in ferrovanadium alloyranged from 3.2%to 12.2%,and the recoveries ranged from 94%to 107%.The analysis time of microwave digestion is shorter than that of acid digestion.The method is easy to operate,high precision and accuracy,and can be used as a testing method for arsenic in ferrovanadium alloy.
