Research progress of industrial solid waste based materials for pollution control
Industrial solid waste is rich in valuable components such as silicon and aluminum,and has potential gelling properties.It can be prepared as adsorption and filtration materials through the following methods,such as pretreatment,hydrothermal synthesis,alkali melting,alkali activation,sintering and so on.In this paper,the research progress of industrial solid waste based materials used in the treatment of heavy metal wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater and oily wastewater in recent years was reviewed.The preparation/modification methods of industrial solid waste based zeolite molecular sieve,geoppolymer and ceramic membrane,the adsorption and filtration mechanism and the application effects were summarized.Furthermore,the problems faced in the future application of industrial solid waste based materials were put forward.Finally,the future development direction is prospected.
