某燃煤电厂空预器堵塞原因分析及治理措施研究

为有效解决燃煤电厂的空预器堵塞问题,提高燃煤锅炉的运行效率,在统计了目标燃煤电厂空预器近 6个月运行参数的基础上,通过ICP-AES、XRF以及重量法等手段对堵塞物的成分进行了分析,找出造成空预器堵塞的主要原因,并开展了空预器堵塞物化学清洗研究实验.结果表明,近期燃煤电厂空预器的烟气阻力明显增大,出现了较为严重的空预器堵塞现象.堵塞物中NH4HSO4 的含量最多(高达 48.2%),另外还含有较多的CaSO4 和(NH4)2SO4 等含硫沉积物,这是造成目标燃煤电厂空预器堵塞的主要原因.复合清洗剂QX-12对目标燃煤电厂空预器堵塞物的清洗效果最好,随着清洗剂浓度、清洗液pH值和清洗温度的不断增大以及清洗时间的不断延长,清洗率逐渐增大.当复合清洗剂QX-12 的浓度为 0.02mol·L-1、清洗液pH值为 10、清洗温度为 60℃、清洗时间为30min时,清洗率可达到88.6%,清洗效果较好.
Analysis of the causes of air preheater blockage in a coal fired power plant and research on treatment measures
In order to effectively solve the problem of air preheater blockage in coal-fired power plants and improve the operational efficiency of coal-fired boilers,based on the statistical analysis of the operating parameters of the air preheater in the target coal-fired power plant for the past 6 months,the composition of the blockage was analyzed using ICP-AES,XRF and gravimetric methods to identify the main reasons for the blockage of the air preheater.Chemical cleaning experiments were conducted on the blockage of the air preheater.The results indicate that the flue gas resistance of the air preheater in coal-fired power plants has significantly increased recently,leading to serious blockage of the air preheater.The content of ammonium bisulfate in the blockage is the highest(up to 48.2%),and there are also many sulfur-containing deposits such as calcium sulfate and ammonium sulfate,which is the main reason for the blockage of the air preheater in the target coal-fired power plant.The composite cleaning agent QX-12 has the best cleaning effect on the blockage of the air preheater in the target coal-fired power plant.As the concentration of the cleaning agent,pH value of the cleaning solution,cleaning temperature,and cleaning time continue to increase,the cleaning rate gradually increases.When the concentration of composite cleaning agent QX-12 is 0.02mol·L-1,the pH value of the cleaning solution is 10,the cleaning temperature is 60℃,and the cleaning time is 30 minutes,the cleaning rate can reach 88.6%,and the cleaning effect is good.
